Who operates MaiLens.Studio
MaiLens.Studio is owned and operated by NexisGate Hub. For privacy, access, correction or deletion questions, contact support@mailens.ai.
Scope
This policy covers MaiLens.Studio account/authentication services, production workflows, project/reference content, media and voice processing, generated outputs, commercial/support records, and browser or native clients that call those services. Third-party services can process information under their own terms/privacy policies when they act independently.
Information that can be processed
- Account and profile: identity, email, preferences, account state and sign-in linkage.
- Authentication/session: session state, security/challenge data and access logs.
- Project and production: project metadata, selected language/dialect/performance profiles, references, prompts, dialogue, scene/shot context and production state.
- Media: uploaded images, video, audio, voice inputs, technical metadata, thumbnails/previews, transcripts and derived media needed for processing.
- Generated output: text, narration, captions, images/video/audio, production plans and provider provenance needed for operations/audit.
- Integrations: production integration metadata such as Blender session/tool state where a connected workflow requires it.
- Commercial/support: plan, credits, payment/subscription identifiers, support correspondence and operational logs.
Why information is processed
Information can be used to authenticate users, provide production features, generate/render content, enforce permissions and commercial limits, deliver support, protect the service, troubleshoot failures, reconcile billing, preserve production continuity and comply with applicable obligations.
AI & service providers
Specific capabilities can be routed to configured external providers. Only information needed for the selected capability should be sent. Provider/model choice does not give a provider authority over MaiLens identity, permissions, project ownership or commercial state. See Providers & Subprocessors.
Retention & deletion
Retention depends on the type of record, product purpose, account state, shared-content dependencies, security/audit needs and legal requirements. Account disablement is not the same as deletion. Destructive requests can require identity verification and may be subject to legitimate retention constraints.
Security & international processing
MaiLens uses technical and organizational controls appropriate to the service, including authenticated sessions, server-side authority for consequential operations, secret/configuration separation and controlled provider routing. MaiLens.Studio does not claim a security certification or geographic data-residency guarantee unless one is specifically stated for the applicable service.
Configured providers may process data in different jurisdictions according to their own infrastructure and contractual terms.
Your choices
You can manage available account/profile preferences, choose what content to submit, avoid publishing content publicly, control supported browser state, and contact support for access, correction, deletion or data-handling questions. Do not upload material you lack authority to have processed.
