Operator and agreement
MaiLens.Studio is owned and operated by NexisGate Hub. These Terms govern access to and use of MaiLens.Studio and related MaiLens services made available through the product. By creating an account, purchasing or using a paid service, creating or publishing content, or otherwise using an authenticated MaiLens.Studio service, you agree to the applicable Terms and policies.
Accounts & acceptable use
You must provide information you are authorized to use and keep account access secure. You may use MaiLens.Studio only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects other people, privacy, intellectual-property rights and service safety.
- Do not access another person's account, project, private media or non-public content without authorization.
- Do not bypass plan limits, credits, rate limits, access controls, moderation or technical safeguards.
- Do not upload content you lack the right to use.
- Do not use the service for harassment, threats, exploitation, fraud, spam, impersonation or unlawful conduct.
- Do not use synthetic/manipulated content for harmful deception.
User content & generated output
You retain the rights you already have in media, text, dialogue, documents, references and other material you submit. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for the intended use.
AI-assisted output can depend on your inputs, applicable law, provider terms and the nature of the generated material. MaiLens.Studio does not promise that every generated element is eligible for exclusive copyright protection or free from third-party claims. Review outputs before publication or high-stakes use.
AI providers & third-party services
MaiLens uses a provider-neutral architecture. External providers can implement specific capabilities without becoming authority for MaiLens identity, permissions, project ownership or commercial state. Provider/model availability can change, and enabled providers can operate under their own terms and privacy practices for processing they independently control.

Credits, subscriptions & billing
Where a MaiLens service uses credits or paid plans, MaiLens controls product entitlements and credit balances. Payment providers can process checkout or subscription events but do not replace MaiLens account or entitlement records. Prices, included credits and billing intervals can vary by product, market and purchase path.
MaiLens intellectual property
MaiLens and its licensors retain rights in the service software, branding, product design, documentation, system instructions that are not user content, and proprietary service components. These Terms do not grant ownership of the MaiLens or MaiLens.Studio names, logos, source code, private APIs or internal operational systems.
Availability, suspension & changes
Features can change, be added, suspended or removed. Processing can fail because of invalid input, unavailable providers, insufficient credits, service faults or other technical conditions. MaiLens.Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent retention of every feature/provider integration.
Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment, material policy violations or protection of users/service integrity.
AI limitations
AI-assisted outputs are probabilistic and must be reviewed. MaiLens.Studio does not warrant that every generated output is factually complete, unique, non-infringing, suitable for a particular creative preference, or appropriate as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, safety or other consequential decisions.
