About MaiLens.Studio
MaiLens.Studio is a multilingual AI production platform for stories, characters and worlds. It is designed around a simple production principle: language, dialect, emotion, visual identity and production context should stay connected to the character instead of being recreated from scratch for every generation.
The wider MaiLens product family treats multilingual expression as core product behavior. MaiLens distinguishes interface language, production/story language, and user-selected regional, dialect and performance choices rather than treating them as one setting.

Product principles
Multilingual by design
Expression is a product choice
Language, dialect/loghat and performance profiles are explicit creative controls. They should not be inferred from a person's appearance, surname, location or family data.
Evidence before invention
Context should remain grounded
AI-assisted production should remain tied to user-provided media, references and production context rather than treating the model as an unrestricted factual authority.
Server authority
Consequential actions stay governed
Identity, permissions, billing/credits, publication and other consequential state should not depend on browser state alone.
Provider-neutral
The provider is not the product
External models can implement capabilities without becoming the authority for MaiLens identity, permissions, commercial state or production ownership.
Contact & support

MaiLens does not list a public support phone number or public WhatsApp number. Do not rely on contact details copied from unofficial posts, screenshots or third-party directories.
