Current request path

For account or data-deletion requests, contact support@mailens.ai. Be prepared for account/identity verification before information is disclosed or destructive actions are performed.

Disablement is not deletion

Suspending or disabling account access is reversible and is not the same as deleting account data. A deletion request can affect identity, projects, media, generated content, comments/social records, commercial records and shared data differently.

Shared and dependent data

Some records can involve other authorized users, public/shared content, payment/audit obligations or dependencies that make deletion more complex than removing a single profile record. Legitimate records can remain where deletion is not technically or legally appropriate.

Commercial, security & audit records

Credit, subscription, payment-reconciliation, security and audit records can have retention requirements independent of visible account content. Deletion does not imply that every operational record must be erased immediately where retention is necessary or legally permitted.

Irreversibility

Deletion can be irreversible. Review what content or project material you may need before requesting destructive action. Support should clearly identify the requested scope and any known constraints before completion where practical.
