You must have the rights, licenses, permissions and consents required to upload and use media, voices, documents, references, trademarks and other material in MaiLens.Studio. A file being technically uploadable does not mean you have the legal right to use it.
People, voices & likeness
Consider privacy, publicity, contractual and consent rights when content shows, records or imitates another person. Do not use MaiLens.Studio to create materially deceptive voice/likeness attribution without the rights and consent required for the intended use.
AI-assisted output
Rights in generated output can depend on applicable law, your input rights, provider terms and the nature of the generated material. MaiLens.Studio does not guarantee exclusivity, copyrightability or freedom from third-party claims.
MaiLens service & brand
MaiLens and its licensors retain rights in the MaiLens and MaiLens.Studio names, logos, service software, product design, documentation, private APIs and proprietary operational systems.
Copyright / IP complaints
For copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property concerns, contact support@mailens.ai with the affected material, your basis for claiming rights, the requested action and enough information to evaluate the complaint. Do not send passwords or unrelated private data.
